CNC machining capabilities and equipment:
- Main equipment: 5‑axis machining centers, vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, turn‑mill multitasking centers, CNC boring‑milling machines, and large gantry machining centers, supported by precision measurement and online compensation systems.
- Machining capabilities: support multi‑face machining in a single setup, high‑precision 5‑axis compound machining, micro‑cutting and fine finishing, deep hole machining and high‑precision drilling/boring of small holes. Stable machining of complex surfaces, thin‑wall structures and asymmetric parts can be achieved.
- Control points: temperature‑controlled machining environment, tool compensation, dynamic balancing of workpieces, rigid fixturing and vibration suppression design to ensure machining consistency and batch stability.
Material support and blank forms for aerospace components:
- Supported materials: aerospace aluminum alloys (e.g., 7075, 2024), titanium alloys (e.g., Ti‑6Al‑4V), nickel‑base alloys (e.g., Inconel series), high‑strength stainless steels, aluminum‑lithium alloys and high‑performance engineering plastics.
- Blank forms: bar stock, milled/forged blanks, cast blanks or customer‑supplied blanks; recommendations for blank shapes and heat‑treatment conditions can be provided based on material and part structure to reduce machining difficulty and cost.
Surface treatments and secondary operations:
- Standard and specialized surface treatments: anodizing, electroless plating, hard anodizing, phosphating, electrophoretic coating, corrosion‑resistant coatings, nickel plating, metal plating and electrochemical polishing, etc. Surface treatment solutions suitable for titanium and nickel‑base alloys are available.
- Strengthening processes: heat treatment, aging treatment, surface nitriding or carburizing (depending on material), shot peening to improve surface fatigue life and crack resistance.
- Assembly and testing: we can provide part pre‑assembly, functional testing, air and liquid tightness tests, and cleanliness processing (cleaning and packaging that meet aerospace requirements).
